Meet the newest Grease Bucket Replacement: The Grease Box GX-U for Wood Pellet Grill Models with an under mount grease spout.
Now you can enjoy grilling without the danger of an open, swinging grease bucket on your pellet grill. Our GX-U design creates a stable solution to capture grease runoff from your cooks that is easily accessible, safe for the family & pets while keeping your patio clean.
The new GX-U universal bracket design fits a variety of grill models with an under mount grease spout including brands like Yoder, Louisiana Grills, Recteq, Traeger, Pit Boss, & many more. It's designed to fit different variations of grease spouts shapes and locations underneath the grill for both FLAT and ROUND grill bottoms.
The GX-U is made with heavy duty 18 gauge steel, a high heat powder coat finish, a fully sealed lower bucket & handle, and an optional lock for safety around kids & pets. The simple installation requires only a screwdriver and no drilling is required.
We recommend using our custom fitted reusable Silicone Box Liners SBL-1 (sold separately) for cleanliness in the lower bucket.

I added the Greasebox to my RecTeq DualFire and I’m really impressed with the quality of the unit. It was easy to install and looks better than the grease bucket that was hanging there before. I can’t wait til they come out with one for my Smokestone. It’s worth every penny, especially if you have dogs.
I reached out to grease box back in late August, asking if they had a solution for the recteq 1100, I was upgrading from a traeger and my golden doodle will get into anything not nailed down. They told me that they were developing a underneath mounted unit and offered to sell me one early to help them get feedback and possibly take some videos of the installation.
I've used the unit going on 3 almost 4 months now and it's worked great, the latest revision they sent me (which to my knowledge is the release version), has kept all the grease in the box, and the silicone liner makes pouring it into a ziplock to toss easy. Plus this time of year once it chills you can pop the grease out into the trash! They included a small bubble leveler to make proper installation easier as well.
I found for the 1100 the unit mounts with easiest access to the lock with the handle facing inward.
