The GREASE BOX is the Original and Patented Grease Bucket Replacement for Wood Pellet Grills. THE GREASE BOX replaces the flimsy, swinging, and open grease bucket with a sturdy, lockable and enclosed assembly. Not only does this patented innovation make your grill look better, it helps prevent a mess on your patio and improves the cleanliness of your wood pellet grill, all while keeping your kids & pets safe.

The GX-1 design is reversible in its installation for grills with spouts on either the left or right hand side of grill.  There are two types of installations provided. A direct to spout connection with mechanical screws or a self-tap option for anyone who prefers a direct to grill installation or for models with short, narrow or removable grease spouts. Note: For grills with a compact short grease spout - add CGSA-1 adapter to your order for a better fit.

The 3-part assembly is made of 18 gauge steel is produced overseas, then finished and assembled in USA.  It includes a high-temperature coating called CERAKOTE.  The GX-1 includes a solid top to block outdoor elements, assist with cooling of the grease, and a lower bucket that is fully welded for a watertight piece to prevent grease from spilling. The bucket comes with a custom wood HANDLE, not just for looks, but enhanced stability while handling.  There is a pour spout in lower bucket for ease of pouring liquids out while keeping the custom SBL-1 silicone liner in place, which makes clean up a breeze. The provided lock helps to keep kids and pets safe while avoiding messy spills once THE GREASE BOX is installed on your grill.

Installation is simple, with only a screwdriver needed for direct to spout attachment. Self-tapping screws are included for grills that do not have a mounting alternative or for permanent installation (requires a drill). Installation may void your grills' warranty. Please verify with grill manufacturer prior to installing.  

1 Free Silicone Liner is included with purchase! The silicone liner is dishwasher safe and reusable. Most standard bucket foil liners also fit in the lower bucket for those who prefer one time use disposal.

Recommend covering your grill and grease box while not in use (and cooled), to protect your grilling sanctuary. To clean, use gloves and non abrasive cloth, and rinse with water and soap. Hand dry.
